Gonnadoit, I finally know your real name...I love it...o.k. I think you and I must be twins because I didn't do so good my first day either, I was just in such a funky mood and it was rainy and dreary you know blah blah blah all the excuses in the world. So I weighed myself this morning and was up another 1/2lb to 188.5lb and I thought to myself really what is wrong with me...I'm going totally in the wrong direction. Today so far so good and it's almost the end of the day so hoping tomorrow's weigh in will be a little more encouraging. How's your day going. Love Sandra PS.
