Thank you, Oh I know why I binge because it makes me feel numb to things, the more I eat the more numb I become and able to deal with it...it's unfortunate but true...I know my personality and I don't think I can sole sourse, when I did CD last time and lost all that weight I added a 400cal meal each day and found that it kept me going because I knew I was going to have that meal. Does that make sense. Ruthann wish you lived here and had that support group :-) I often wish that there was a weekly meeting or something in this area that I could attend. thank you so much for everything. Love SAndra
