Yes, Ruthann this board is a HUGE Help, I do not always post, but I do check in a couple of times a day to read and get some inspiration to try and make it thru the day and stay true to myself, which is a struggle I just want this @#$% weight OFF FOR GOOD, keep me in your prayers Blessing to all Pam
