This is day 4 of SSing : and I'm happy to say I'm over the roughest : part. Half the day yesterday and into this : morning no more hunger pangs!! It makes : going through the day so much easier. I've : been forcing myself not to weigh myself till : my weigh in on Monday and so far so good. It : is sooooo tempting to get on there just out : of curiosity to see how I'm doing. So my : friend and I are going to get massages this : morning and I'm sooo looking forward to that : after all the classes we do at the gym : everyday. So good luck to everyone on : another day closer to our goals!!! : Nisee :
