Hi Lisa, thanks a bunch...stay strong, it's hard to not weigh yourself for that long but best of luck...if you do feel likeyou ar faltering though do weigh yourself because that will give you the boost you need I know that's what is helping me stay on is the fact that the scale is moving. Hey Barb you know there is always going to be tough days and even weeks but you cannot give up on yourself sometimes you just need to separate yourself for a couple of days to just know that this is what you want to do, I'm a huge example of that. You can get back on track and don't be so hard on yourself...I started last Monday trying to get back on, for 4 days I tried but was not doing as good as I would have liked and then all of a sudden on Friday I was mentally and physically ready to get completly back on track and I'm no on day 3 of 100% on track...so you can do it and take it easy on yourself we are only human.
