Karyn great job on your loss and thanks so very much for the very motivating and understanding posting, I think everybody will appreciate that Sandra --Previous Message-- : This is the weigh in day of week 4 for me. I : lost 1.2 lbs this week. I have lost 12.6 lbs : total. I started at 191 and now weigh 178.4. : I feel good about the loss and hope to : continue at a steady rate. As most of you : know, we chose to do the one meal a day : program. I try to keep my calories between : 400-650 a day. Not fatigued with the process : however sometimes at the end of the day or : right before my next drink I do get rather : weak. But I just rest a bit and drink alot : of water and that seems to perk me back up. : I also keep bar bites nearby and have a bite : if after water I am still swimming. DH has : lost over 20 lbs and is looking so nice. He : is being a great support for me and tells me : he can see a diff. Also had a female : co-worker say she could notice!!! Those : comments don't come to oft, do they ladies. : Well, I hope that each of you have had a : good week and have met your personal goals : for this week. I know how hard each of you : work and with the fortitude you put into : each day and meal space--like Sandra said : once-- I try to get from Breakfast to lunch : and from lunch to supper and supper to : bed--a REAL smart way to handle yourself : mentally until you get past some bad days or : rough waters. So as you log on more : victories than losses you will soon reach : your goals. I know we will not have perfect : weeks and that is life. The thing to learn : to do is how to get back on the 'horse' once : you have had a 'spill'. We had a party at : work for a guy that was leaving and I was in : charge sort of. Therefore I knew I had to : eat. Well, I decided to make that meal my : meal for the day and drank a shake for : supper instead. The wonderful thing about : that decision was that DH had eaten at a : business luncheon also so he agreed and had : a shake also. Therefore I could just put my : tired body to bed and not have to prepare a : meal!!! Yeah!!!
