Yes Sandra is so right. Listen to your body. not only will the workout help burn fat but when you listen to your body you will guard against injury or having to stop because you are to soar to exercise. Muscle burns fat faster than anything, but building good muscle doesn't mean you have to over due it. Just Remember it all takes time. and you must start any workout slow and grow. And always do a good stretch before and after all exercise. It puts oxygen into the muscle so it can work better and after helps relax the muscle so it can rest better. And drink water water water during the workout or exercise. If your mouth is getting dry that means you need water. Just start out slow. Marvy --Previous Message-- : Hi Alexa, I stronly advice you to not do any : hard workouts during your first 2 weeks of : cambridge, you body needs the time to adjust : to the huge cut in calories. You can : certainly take little walks if you like or : do a couple of sit ups but nothing v. : strenuous. Once you have adjusted to the : cut in calories feel free to workout out as : much as your body can handle. It's v. : important that you listen to your body and : know how far you can push it. I tend to : workout hard when I do, so I have to : especially listen to mine but if you only : walk then your body can probably handle : quite a bit. You know yourself best and you : should listen to what your body is telling : you. Sandra : : --Previous Message-- : I am confused about exercise. Some say you : should exercise a lot & really workout : to burn the fat. Others say that you should : not exercise while on SS because it will : slow you down because you are eating so few : calories. Can someone please tell me which : way is right? Thank you, Alexa from NH : : :
