I am so inspired and impressed Ann. Thank you for sharing your story with pictures. You have done so good, and in such a short time. I couldn't believe it! Very inspirational and I just want to say thank you!

Thank you Lisa! Also for the lovely message you left on my slide show.

On Monday 19th May it will be my 300th day on the Cambridge Diet!! The time has just flown by.

My Plan

I did 8 weeks straight SS

Then switched to 790 as I had a couple of Weddings to go to and a couple more social events.

Then I went on holiday to Malta and did 1000 Plan

On returning home I went back onto SS on 23rd April

Will stay on SS for a couple more weeks then might add a small meal per day to about 600 cals

20" gone from my hips
154lbs lost : 34lbs to go to target

Thank you Ann,
That sounds like a good plan. I think after my vacation I might try and go on the 790 because then everyone won't have to always know I am on a diet... Then I can eat for social functions and I will add my meal as lunch at work. That might work good for me. So, thank you for sharing how you do it, it seems to be working wonderful for you!

300 days! That is amazing... How do you do the programme? I see you put it in your posts, do you SS during certain weeks and then add food some weeks? What works best for you? And only 45 lbs left, you are a true inspiration! It will keep me going my last 4½ weeks til vacation!

Sometimes we don't see

Sometimes we don't see the changes that are going on every day - we need that visual to actually SEE what is going on.

Do try it - it is very motivational

well done Ann,
I started cambridge in January of this year and lost about 40 pounds and now i have been trying hard but snacking a lot with the result I am steadily gaining it back again.
i just watched your video and it has given me some inspiration to get right back on it again.
i have no snacks in the house and if my son(28) wants sweets or choc he will just have to go to the store himself to buy it. I find if its in the house i will eat it .so no more will I give into my silly cravings.
