I had to go in and : get my right knee injected so I could walk : better. Then they took blood. I am being : monitored while I am SSing, But what really : made my Doc happy was my weight lose. And I : found out my scale was weighing me 1 lbs : heavier. We set up new goals and He wants me : back in 30 days for more blood test, and : weight in. : I wont tell you how much I have lost this : week until Monday when I report. but I can : tell you it will be a really big number. : I have to give a lot of the credit you all : of you here. It has been the awesome : support of each and everyone of you.
