Jodi. Think of your Cambridge life as a new beginning. Look at a child learning to walk. They dont get right up and start to walk most of them start at a craw and work up to standing then walking. It is the same way with you new life. Dont feel guilty or feel bad. We all have to start out slow. and learn. Sit down and make a list of what you think happened yesterday. How you felt, Keep a diary of everything you ate and how you felt at the time you ate it. Then forgive yourself. And yes today is going to be a great day. But remember WE are all human. God made us that way. Be kind to yourself, Love you, respect you, be honest to you, Give you a hug, and say thats OK I can do better. The fact you are more determined is great and you did not give up. You took a good step in the right direction. I am proud of you. So Today when you feel you may slip. STOP take out a pen and paper and write down why you want to eat. write down how you are feeling. Then ask yourself Do I really need this. Do I really want this. If I eat this how is it going to make me feel. We are here for you. We care so much about your success. Love you. Marvy --Previous Message-- : Hi all, it happened, I slipped.
