Yeah... My diet hasn't been very good for the environment. I can't stand to clean the shakes or soup out of cups and bowls. I can't tell you how many red solo cups, straws and paper bowls I have gone through! You can do this. I really believe family support makes a difference. My husband has really enabled me to do this once and for all... and my kids... they were all there cheering me on... making it easier for me. I haven't had to cook one time since May 2nd. Last time... when I failed... I had to cook... and I knew I couldn't do it. Even though my husband is sooooo sick... he either cooks or one of my teenagers do. I feel bad for asking that of them... but I know myself... I knew I couldn't starve and cook. Of course after a while you aren't starving but if you cook... you eat even when your not hungry. So, while my husband and family pretended to be supportive last time... I pointed out what I needed more of and they really stepped up to the plate. I love them for it.
