You are SO funny. That is so true. The really sad, I mean really sad thing is..... I would often rather do my bills than go exercise. YIKES, that's bad. On a good note though, the best exercise I have ever found is when i am out with someone. My boyfriend takes me for long bike rides and I get a great work out but dont notice. And last night, I went walking with a neighbor, we had so much fun talking the whole time we didn't realize we walked for 45 min to and hour. Those are the best things to do. I : definately can tell I am in the 500 calorie : a day mode.
