Yep. Whatever is wrong with me ought to only get better if I eat properly. 100% nutritional needs met, no strange reactions to food impurities, and give my digestive tract a rest. Cambridge Sole Source, here I come!

You can do it! This will be so good for you. It really is a cleansing experience. Don't expect miracles, just live to the program and be honest with yourself, and it will happen.

I keep telling myself, it is not a race, but a lifestyle change.
