Hi Blondie, welcome to the best CD support board ever :-) I was on here about a year ago and lost 50lbs then the dark side came and took over and gained 40 of the 50 nobody to blame but me ofcourse. So now I'm back, started on Sunday with my hubby and just trying to get through the dreaded first week :-) Ofcouse it's a little depressing when hubby has lost 6lbs since Sunday and me only 3lbs...sometimes I wish I was a man LOL...anyway, just wanted to say hi and I'm so glad you've joined us, keep the hard work up.
