I guess I don’t need you or Mr.Anello’s help to make excellent neapolitan mastiffs. Infact I remind you, Mr. Stauring that some of the most successful show dogs in the US since the breed has been recognized in this country do come from my kennel (Traiano DFN, Aragorn DFN and Tarquinia DFN) and their pedigree have NOTHING to do with the supposed imports of Anello (this can also be proven with DNA). Congratulations Scalia, as always you are the next coming, The Messiah in your own mind. I have nothing against any of your dogs, and have never said anything different to suggest that. I really do not know why you concern yourself so much as to what I might or might not think of you. In regards to the “sad” story of Mr.Anello and the way he imported the dogs that I purchased by Mr.Pastorello, it is not my duty to inform the general public about details that relates to the trading habits of this person. I only know that at the time I purchased the dogs from Mr.Pastorello he had both proof of all the money he spent for the dogs as well as the pedigrees already signed by Anello including the one of Famoso. If Anello thinks he had been stolen the dogs that he NEVER owned only because he mediated some transactions with the italians as you state in your response to Ms Bozcar as “US representative of Mr.Anello”, PLEASE, do not hesitate to have him to show these proofs in any court of Law, or maybe you could represent him since you sounds so knowledgeable about the “facts”that you’re bringing forward. As for Mr. Pastorello, as we all truly know, he has zero knowledge of Mastini and would not know the difference from a Chihuahua or a Mastini. If your allegations are true, then how do you explain that every single pedigree from ENCI was signed to or sold as the new owner to Anello Pietro. Come on Scalia, don't make a lier of yourself and who or how he got the dogs, yes Mr. Pastorello invested, but the dogs and the Allevamento was always Anello. I believe everyone in the past saw the website created by Mr. Pastorellos own relative, it did not have a picture in Roman outfits of Pastorello, but rather Anello Pietro. The reasons why Ms.Cassandra Bozcar did not get the original papers for Famoso it is not part of this letter nor anybody interest. She explained herself the nature of our agreement. However, differently from what she said in her response to you I NEVER attempted to collect the dog for me of anybody else. I just knew what Aldi said about the dog and she got the dog in full understanding about the previous attempts. I remind you Mr Stauring that I do promote DNA certification since the appearance of the breed in this country and I invite you and anybody else to provide any proof of falsification of my pedigrees. In fact, your supposed letter addressed to the AKC has NEVER been received by that office. Why, Mr.Stauring? I’ll tell you why, because the content is completely FALSE and I invite you to actually really send these facts that you think you have to the American Kennel Club to prove what you are claiming under the name or on behalf of Anello. A quote from an e-mail from Ms. Cassandra Bozcar on 03/05/06 e-mailed to mastino@intoccabileromano.com (an e-mail which I adminsister until Anello has internet access in Italy), "Mr. Scalia tried to persuade me to register Famoso by sending in the copy of his ENCI papers to AKC with forged signatures, which I never did." See Mr.Stauring, your interest in mediating Anello false claims are at least suspicious from someone who has been recently trying to call the vet clinic where the frozen semen of those dogs is stored to claim transfer of ownership to you as “designated” new owner. Not less suspicious are your claims to “speak on his interests” or just as a “translator of Anello’s thoughts” (certainly not his words) after sending these letters of accusation privately to many US and non US breeders even before this Intoccabile Romano website was uploaded, with the clear attempt of discrediting my person and my breeding selection. Regarding my interest, Anello Pietro, after loosing everything, not even 1 dog in return, not even Gaia or Queen, asked me to contact Warner Center Pet Clinic to see if he is able to transfer the sperm to my name, not for my keeping but for the ability for himself to get at least something back in return. A message was also left with Mario Pastorello, with no response. The truth is Mr. Stauring that once again you have shown your real nature to many that know facts and understand more than you think by reading public internet forums. I inform you that this letter of mine is not going to be my only response to your defamation acts since I have proof of your direct responsibility in designing all this “pseudo-legal case” against me. Surprise surprise you are going to take legal action Scalia, remember in America there is something called freedom of speech, and yes you can sew anyone you like, but be careful not to get counter sewed for filing a fraudulent legal suite against an American Citizien. I am posting in this site to respond to your FALSE statements posted in the forum of the Intoccabile Romano website (completely owned and run by you) leading to the idea that I (Breeder Del Feudo Nisseno) might have been involved in a “plot” to stole dogs from this Mr.Anello and/or falsify pedigrees of dogs imported by him.
Regarding what you are calling my "FALSE statements posted in the forum of Intoccabile Romano," perhaps a copy of the original letter to AKC from Mr. Anello Pietro and his REAL signature will show everyone here that the claims are not mine but rather Mr. Anello Pietro, his claims by the way, which I happen to agree as being nothing but the complete TRUTH.
I don't think I need to say anything, and I'm sorry you have reduced yourself to this if Cassandra's words are true.
Ultimately, your attempts to discredit my person simply continue to fail because I don’t need to prove to anybody and especially to you my sincere interest and deep involvement with this breed and I do it all under the california sun. I leave to you to play with internet videos of the dogs of your dream and trying to convince everybody about how bad this Dr.Scalia really is and how good you are (a real guru).
