I don't know who that person is, but recently I was at PJ's in Square One (Mississauga) and saw the most pathetic excuse for a Neo I have ever seen. Besides having absolutely NO wrinkle or bone, this dog had the hind legs and claws of a Thai Ridgeback - Purebred with no papers, for a mere $1900.00 CAD. I asked the "breeders" (a term i use loosely) name and got only "BARRY" no last name, no kennel name...imagine that!!
