We are the club that took an active role in seeking full recognition for the Neapolitan Mastiff in Canada. The Neapolitan Mastiff will be eligable to enter the CKC show ring March 2006.

Hello Chad, We have been through that with a Neo and a German Sheppard. In both cases there were two ointments that we needed to put in the clouded eye 2-3 times/day and the key is that they do not contain any steroid. A steroid ointment can slow the healing and increase the ulcer. In the end the eye cloud disappeared and all was fine after about 4-6 weeks. I believe the concern for your current situation is whether it was found soon enough and making sure that the ulcer has not ruptured already. Good luck and keep us posted. Sincerely Randy
