This restaraunt is in cocos 4, the part of the hotel that is behind the main lobby. You have to go up the stairs past the pool and there it is. Unless of course things have changed. I do believe this is available only at dinner. No dress code in effect, shorts and a tank top for men is fine. Hope this helps you.
