Hello dear home owners,

I've been house sitting in Peñita de Jaltemba for 1.5 years now. My last position was in common living conditions where I shared the main house with the owners during their stay from Nov til April and remained to keep watch the rest of the year as well.

It is with sadness that I post yet again to offer my services. The common living arrangement didn't turn out as the owners and myself had hoped it would. I am now looking for a home that would provide separate living such as a casita on the lot.

Good references available. Long term
