For reasons totally unknown, the bank machine in Rincon will not accept TD green cards. Last year was fine, but this year if we hadn't had a Visa with a pin number we would have been out of luck. The TD Bank here in Canada "is looking into it" The machine at Crico is often out of cash as it will give money on a green card, and is getting drained often.
