I am looking for a place to rent from Dec. 15/08 to Jan. 5?09. There is 2 adults and 4 kids ages 17,12,10,7. I would like it close or on the beach, well maintained and reasonable. I would also like it to have a kitchen and can be a hotel/villa/home. Any input would be great
