Hello well, this is for everybody trying to buy a house or property, just beware of the so called sobreprecio, there are so many people involved in some sales that the prices tend to go up,, sometimes even 40 or 50%, just ask how much in comision you are paying, though is not illegal i think is dishonest to inflate prices like that, dont want to point fingers, If they dont have AMPI certificate there is probably a reason for it. I dont have a problem with people trying to make a living. look for somebody that will work for your best interest and not for their own. LCesar
