Well said ,, I have bought 3 property's in the area and have dealt directly with the owners.. It is some legwork to close the deals , but the 250,000.00 pesos you save by eliminating realtors is money in your pocket.. The local realtors are leaving the door wide open for a 1% realty company to come in here. And yes, the notario does most of the work and the local notario even speaks english.
