The women who are my friends selling real estate are all members of or about to become members of the professional organization Caesar mentions in his post. As such they hold themselves to a much higher standard than did those who sold land around here that was not titled or had other probolems. Most realtors in the USA charge at least 6% and those here around 8%. They work hard for a sale here and sometimes have to share a commission with another firm. A good realtor is a big help, a lousy one a terrible mistake.
