I still think 10% is too much - especially in the J-BAY AREA where you can't just go about with one realtor and see most everything for sale. The client has to do a ton of leg work - go out with everyone as you don't seem to share listings. It is quite hard work finding a property to even put an offer on - all of a sudden the title isn't really titled, so on, so on, extra family coming out of the woodwork - let alone actually close. At least the experience was done while we weren't bogged down with WORK - that would never have happened.
