You can purchase Mexican Health Insurance if you have an FM3. The cost per year depends on your age with the maximum being for the category over 6o, that amount being around $3000 pesos per year. You will have to apply at an IMSS office with all the proper documentation and money in hand. The closest office for those of us in this area is in Mezcales..the little town just beside Bucerias. The required documantation varies from year to year. just like it does so often for the FM3, but the information can be had by talking to others and researching the internet. Hope this helps..Kate
