We had dinner at Soley's on the plaza in La Penita and were told by the manager that they are opening another Soley's in Guayabitos in the building next to Los Cocos on the La Penita side. If your familiar with the area it is the building with a pointed roof. No official opening date. he said in 2 weeks then said maybe September. I looked in the building on my morning walk and there is construction going on. It looks like a great location for an ocean front restaurant.
