I haven't found flax meal here and so I bring that. Otherwise, I can find most food stuffs I need right here in town, or if I'm desperate I can trek to PV and the big supermarkets (Walmart or Costco) for something.

I think sunscreen and mosquito repellant is cheaper at home than in LP.
