Marsh, in Guayabitos we have medical supplies. Since you are not coming until Feb. if you e-mail me I will make sure that you have a tank for 2 weeks. This is part of what we do thru Protection Civil which is a State run emergency medical service for the people. They do not charge but the cost of the oxygin will have to be paid for.A receipt will be given for it so you can use it. Either e-mail me or call 327-274-1193
