Rosco... Yes, you did not request to receive email replies. That is the part of your thread that pleased me. The helpful people who responded to you via email, did so with the knowledge that their English language opinions, if posted here could not be rebutted and would probably not be seen by the person you asked about. Again, I applaud the people who responded to you, for their fair mindedness and their understanding of the issue. I am sorry for you that this confuses you. For you and others who might be a bit fuzzy on the concept, a good rule of thumb would be to simply not post if you are not sure. Likewise, I thought your second post was succinct (that based on email received, you would not be hiring that person) and perfect. Nuff said. Tom
