Marsha... I spoke with Marco and he seemed not to know how this is done but he offered to do some research. Diane's lead sounds better. I also stopped in at the Clinica Renteria. The doctor was not "in" or at least, I did not see him. The seemingly very capable woman I spoke to (GOT to be one of the top ten most beautiful people on JBay!!!!) showed me the tall, slim canister that they keep for emergency use. They get it refilled in Las Varas at Ferreteria Koranay (27 20430). It seems like an unlikely place. They also sell oxygen for welding but of course, what you are looking for is Oxigeno Medico. Tom
