Greetings to all.
I have been searching the web for recipes for ways to use some of the delicious smoked marlin that I find at the market.
I am still limited to using it as a garnish for salads, as I did when living in La Peņita, and that is not bad. But, I would like to expand my repertoire.
BTW, I tried using smoked marlin as a substitute for smoked salmon with fettucine. It was not a happy experience. Smoked marlin is far too strong for that.
Any recipes would be greatly appreciated.
Have a great day.
TTFN
Joseph
