Have you tried the dip recipe? It is quite good with crackers. INGREDIENTS 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1/2 cup sour cream 3 tablespoons chopped fresh dill weed 1/2 pound smoked marlin DIRECTIONS In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, and dill. Mix well. Chunk or flake the smoked fish into the mixture, and gently fold until the dip is well combined.
