One of our favorite restaurants is in the Garza Canela Hotel in San Blas. Their food is amazing and the services is impecable (prices are reasonable too) The family trained their girls in cooking school in Mexico City and then sent them to Europe for more cooking classes. The entrees are amazingly delicious and the deserts are FANTASTIC! San Blas is a gereat way to spend the day as you can go to the Ruins up there and as well you can go on the nature tour in the mangrove swamps. Truly an incredible way to spend a day!
