I'll be starting yoga classes at my place on Monday morning, November 2nd, and continuing Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays, always at 7:30 a.m. Classes are 75 minutes long. My place is at Flamingos #39, Zona Residencial, Guayabitos. If you're driving, take the last left off Avenida Sol Nuevo; I'm at the first curve. The fee is 40 pesos per class, although I may have a monthly rate later on. Please come early the first time to register. My classes are based on what I call "healing yoga" and are suitable for all beginners, with enough challenge for intermediates. I include a healing meditation.
