Bungalows for rent in gayabitos

we are looking for a place (bungalow)to rent for our friends in Guayabitos.
One couple is coming jan.20 to March 24. and another couple coming feb 5 to feb 19.
My husband and i are booked at the LOma LInda for two months,so places close to there would be great.
Not more then $50 a night. Does anyone know anything about the DelRio. I believe it is for sale. Many thanks NOellie
