Yes, you need to buy a sicker like normal. The boat, I believe, can be stickered for 10 years like the RV's, not sure on this one...the RV's can come and go without doing anything with the 10 year permit.. but if you are not going to bring it back then take it off the aduana rolls when you leave. The vehicle is legal in Mexico as long as it stays here and you keep your fm3 current.. so the vehicle permit does not have to be renewed.
