Beach Fronters... Of course, I am not qualified to issue a warning, but it looks obvious to me that we are going to have some sort of incident this morning and probably again tomorrow morning. As we are effected by the outer fringes of TS Rick, there are some big waves rolling in right now. Some are coming over the beach and onto the road. There is nothing terribly rare about this except we are still two hours from high tide. The high tide this morning will be higher than usual. The fairly heavy rains are coming in very short bursts, connected with light drizzly rain. There was some sort of beach clean up two weeks ago. Many piles of stuff were left near the sidewalks for pick up. But that didn't happen. Now it is all being redistributed, mostly into the roadway. Tom
