Hi, as long as you have an FM3, all you have to do is get the permit at customs as you come in, show your Fm3 with vehicle and vessel documents. Once registered you dont have to renew permit as long as fm3 is valid, I believe its 10 years. see my ad in home page if you have any questions e-mail me, glad to help
