Hi Folks, We would like to say how much we appreciate this website, and how topical it is with all the invaluable information posted. We are "newcomers" to the area, having spent a couple of months here last year, and loved it SO much we are building in Los Ayala. Our house is ahead of schedule, so we are driving down, leaving from Victoria, B.C. on 9th November, and arriving about 20th. We shall be on site for the final details. We are both retired teachers (French!) and our looking forward to being regular snowbirds each winter, with our Golden, Sammy. Our summers we spend back in BC sailing around the Georgia Strait. Looking forward to getting to know you all, Bob & Penny
