Javier, I did a little research online, and the Chile Cora may also be called Chile Cascabel. Does that sound familiar to you?
On the three websites I found, it says that the Cascabel is more readily available dried, and its seeds rattle when shaken. It measures 2.5-4 cm in diameter. With its deep reddish-brown colour and its slightly bitter tannic flavour, it looks and tastes good in virtually any dish. Heat level is 4. The Cascabel chile is also known as Chile Bola.
If they are the same, I saw some of them in Bucerias the other day. I don't know where you are located, but I have to go into PV in a week or so, and would gladly pick some up for you.
Let me know, Allyson
