We turned at the IMSS office and it was a few blocks up and then a left turn up the way to the Soriana. We just asked questions along the way and found it very easily. We parked in the parking lot of the Soriana grocery store and the building for the tercer edad was just behind the parking lot so we walked over. They weren't busy at all. We had to show our passports & our FM3's. Easy as can be. Good luck!
