Hello all, this is very last minute... but... some of you last night may have noticed some poems pinned up around Xaltemba... As we have our exquisite altar, courtesy of Sarah, for one more evening! we have decided to stage a little poetry reading tonight - extremely informal - there are 7 poems/extracts based around the theme of this life and the next... (so should be about half an hour at the most) an uplifting way to see out this year's Dia de los Muertos festivities, we think. We plan to start at 7.30 with whoever will listen - it may be a cosy poetic meeting of Roberto and I... perhaps we'll whisper the poems in unison! as that is only about an hour and a half away, we will happily hold off until anyone who fancies popping over for a drink and a hello arrives.
