Check the Yellow Pages for Casa de Cambio, then call to see if they actually have pesos - many times they do not. In Nogales, Arizona, try Walmart, McDonalds, Safeway - just about all the stores there accept pesos for purchases and are happy to exchange them for dollars, usually at favorable rates.
