I'm surprised that no one has written a post about the Grand Opening of Tonita's 3 in La Penita on Tuesday night. Everyone I spoke with yesterday absolutely raved about how fabulous the food was (especially considering they served at least 250 people at once!). The space is completely renovated, and I have to mention that the bathrooms are the nicest in Mexico.

Go... check it out... you'll be glad you did!
