Here's a thought I had over on the MM board: Carol Danvers became Ms Marvel when the psyche-magnitron used Captain Marvel as a template for either turning Carol into a Kree warrior or a human-Kree blend (it all depends on which writer takes what interpretation that day). Either way, that should mean Carol Danvers has a biological connection to Teddy Altman. She also is up there with the characters who knew Teddy's biological father best (along with Elysia and Eros). I'd kill for even a tossaway scene between Carol and Teddy. Heck, to see Carol drawn by Cheung would be worth even a bad scene with the character!
