I took am a HUGE fan of Wiccan. But judging from his character's history, he is much more a passive person, regardless of the power level he possesses. For the most part, he seems to most often use "shields" as his spell choices, if you'll notice, rather than offensive engagement. Also...in his defense, for the two points in particular brought up in your post regarding his captures, he WAS taken by surprise. The first time, he was tranqued. Couldn't have seen getting shot with a bunch of darts coming. Can't blame him or his power. And the second, he would not have anticipated the surprise attack by Marvel Boy. He did try to attack but that guy moves quickly, taking out Xavin and Karolina just before taking him out aswell. Here is how I looked at the crossover situation regarding those captured. At first, I thought: Awww man?! The 4 gay characters get taken out first AND captured?? But then I thought, off all the characters on both teams, Xavin, Karolina, Billy and Teddy are arguably the most powerful and I choose to think that Marvel Boy took out the BIG guys first as a strategy. Now I have ZERO way of knowing whether he was aware of their powers or not but...denial is a strong thing. Plus I love those 4 so much that I choose to live in my ignorant bliss. My 2 cents. or 5 bucks. whatever.
