Well that is true but we all forget that the last thing that happened threw continuity of the past out the window. What I am refering to is House of M, because after house of M was finished the young avengers emerged. So wanda could have easily changed teddy's age like billy and Tommy, hell she could have also be reponsible for cassie's new abilities after she destroyed the house of M.
