I agree totally agree with Nebari83. Heinberg has already revealed his intended plots for Season 2. Joining the Initiative (whatever that turns out to be) won't affect the YA main book. Besides, how does this really change them? They are still going to fight crime. They are still the same characters - fanboys and girls who aspire to be like their favorite superheroes. Sure, now the training will be official instead of underground. But didn't Cap and Ironman agree to train them at the end of #12 anyway? I'd also like to point out that they hold Cap in very high esteem. Yes, they rebelled and fought crime against his judgement, but they still respect him. They have already proven in Civil War that they would go to the ends of the Earth for him. He made a decision to end the war. Also remember that they are kids afterall, they can;t go completely underground. Iron Man knows their identities.
