In my mind, they're the perfect fit; ex-heroes, almost all with ties to the New Warriors, who want to prove they can operate without their costumes anymore. Imagine if Justice at the youth outreach part of the Initiative welcomed Mickey Turbo Musashi and Chris Darkhawk Powell into the fold as non-powered advisors. ....That's interesting that you brought this up; since I remembered that within the CIVIL WAR:BATTLE DAMAGE REPORT that both RICOCHET & Mattie/SPIDER-WOMAN were included as "Potential Recruits" within the Appendix Section...... So, it appears that we'll have to see whether this will be played out within the LONERS Mini and/or the AVENGERS:THE INITIATIVE Series....

: The most interesting part of it is: part of The Initiative these days is that there's no "retirement." If you have powers, you have to put them to good use with the Initiative. This could get interesting when heroes who don't want to fight anymore want to help, but Stark tries to force them to work for him.
